I ordered a snowblower and received it in about a month. When it arrived it was missing the chute, likely lost during transport. I contacted the company and they were very helpful, the representative (Ara) gave me her cell phone number to send pictures and was very responsive. I received the new chute in less than a week. It took about an hour to assemble and grease everything. Overall a very positive experience.

They kept me informed about my order and it was delivered on time. It is at least as good as I hoped it would be. Customer service was also great at processing my coupon after I placed my order. I have ask a lot from this mower and it has performed beautifully. I am very impressed and pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend farmry and will probably be back for future purchases.

Just tried mine out 5/5/2024 and I couldn’t be happier. Online order was a breeze. I called customer service before I ordered just verify everything. Farmry rep was very professional. Got a follow up call a week later to confirm shipping address. Put it together on 5/4/25. Checked torque specs to 160ftlbs on teeth, greased, and set clutch spring distance with calipers. Tried the SG24 out yesterday and it’s a beast. Thank you Farmry, I couldn’t be happier!

Very impressed. Website was very easy to shop. Purchased LFS61 flail mower. Mower was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. Assembly was easy (just attach the mounting brackets) and the getting started instructions were good. The unit is performing well—it’s my first flail mower so can’t compare to others. Cut is better than my rotary cutter—pretty much what you’d expect.

Was able to reach the sales staff to answer all of my questions and also reach the shipping staff to check the status of where my order was during shipment. Purchased the Mower. Was more than satisfied with the price and how well constructed the unit is. Tested it out and on day one was impressed on how well it holds up as I put it through well overgrown area.
