The hydraulic lift on the VHF79 is a real time-saver when switching between ditches and flat ground. Runs smooth on my 75HP Case with no strain, and fuel use has been reasonable for a mower this wide. Would’ve liked grease points marked clearer, but otherwise very happy.

Had one blade come loose after hitting a rock;However, Farmry provided complimentary accessories, and after I replaced the blades, operations were swiftly resumed.

Heavy-duty is right. This mower’s built like a tank. I use it on creek banks, road shoulders, and some steep ground. It handles slopes really well. Assembly took a few hours—definitely a two-person job—but the hardware was all there. Good value for the price.

The VHF79 gets the job done. Strong frame, quality welds, and a wide enough cut for larger areas. The hydraulic offset helps me reach ditch banks without putting the tractor in sketchy spots. One hydraulic hose was a bit short for my setup, but it was easy to replace.
