Return & Refund Policy
At Farmry, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and your satisfaction as a customer. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories
- You’ve received return authorization from our team
- The return follows the instructions outlined below
To initiate a return, please email info@farmry.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of why you're returning the item
- Clear photos (if applicable, especially for damaged or defective products)
Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping & Fees
- For non-defective returns (e.g., customer ordered the wrong item, changed mind):
- A 10% restocking fee applies
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items:
- We cover the return shipping cost
- No restocking fee is charged
- Photo documentation is required for approval
All returns must be securely packaged. For items containing flammable liquids, please ensure the product is vented and dry for at least 24 hours before shipping. Customers are responsible for complying with all shipping regulations.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or model? No problem.
You can either:
- Include the SKU of the replacement item in your return email, and we’ll ship the new item once we receive the return
- Or, for faster service, place a new order for the item you need and return the original for a refund
All exchanges must be approved in advance and follow the standard return process.
🚫 Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it ships. A 3% processing fee may apply to cover payment and handling costs
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they ship
- If you no longer want the item, you may return it after delivery under our standard return terms (10% restocking fee + return shipping applies)
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days of approval
- Refunds are made to your original payment method
- Bank or credit card processing times may vary
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Unauthorized or unapproved returns
- Items that show signs of use or are returned without original packaging
- Returns missing original components or accessories
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, misused, or damaged due to neglect
- Damage from weather, natural disasters, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (e.g., belts, blades)
- Incomplete returns or items missing original components
- Lost or stolen items
To qualify for a refund, all components originally included must be returned in resellable condition.
📬 Where to Send Returns
Please do not ship anything back until you’ve contacted us and received written authorization. Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
