Product Overview

Designed for 30-60HP skid-steers with a compact structure, this backhoe has a maximum digging depth of 7′10″, and additional bucket sizes are available.

Its curved boom protects the backhoe from unnecessary damage while preventing the ground from falling back into the hole. Dual cylinders deliver strong, consistent movement across the entire 180-degree range.

Maintenance is easy, as all pivot points come with greasable pins; plus, hardened steel bushings are installed on all main pivot points to reduce wear.

Easy-to-use hydraulic stabilizers help prevent tipping, and the bucket teeth are replaceable—swap out worn or damaged ones to get back to work quickly.

A universal quick attach plate enables easy connection to most skid-steers.

When the boom swings to its extreme ends, rubber pads cushion it for a controlled stop, and rubber footpads on the stabilizers keep their teeth from tearing up your driveway.

Curved Boom

A curved boom backhoe features an excavator-style curved boom that offers improved digging efficiency, greater clearance over obstacles, and better visibility of the trench and bucket compared to traditional straight booms. This design allows for deeper digging without damaging the excavation's edge and provides more clearance when loading trucks

Dual Swing Cylinders

The dual cylinders deliver strong, consistent movement across the full 180-degree range, letting you dig into even tight spots and dump dirt exactly where you need it

Hardened Steel Bushings

Backhoe pivot points (pins and pin bosses) wear under high loads, causing loose, rattling boom/dipper/bucket—a common issue for backhoes/excavators. Replacing only worn pins won’t restore performance—pin bosses wear too.
Farmry solves this with replaceable bushings pressed into pin bosses: swapping pins and bushings returns the backhoe to original condition, protecting your investment (no permanent boom slop without this feature). Ordinarily exclusive to standalone units, this feature is standard on all Farmry backhoe attachments.

Swing Cushioning

When swinging the boom to the extreme ends, rubber pads cushioning gracefully brings the boom to a controlled stop. Thus, it can provide the maximum protection during the equipment's left-to-right operation.

Rubber Footpads

Keep the stabilizer teeth from tearing up your lawn, blacktop, and concrete.

Grapple Thumb (Mechanical）

The grapple thumb is highly versatile for handling rocks, tree limbs, and brush. The mechanical type demands manual positioning: the operator lowers the thumb and inserts a pin to lock it in place.

JIC Style Hose Fittings

JIC (Joint Industrial Council) style hose fittings boast a 5000 psi pressure rating. When hydraulic hose replacement is needed, these fittings are typically easy to source—plus, they eliminate the hassle of dealing with mismatched joint threads.

How to check if the PTO extender needed or not if purchasing tractor powerer backhoe?

For the backhoe models compatible with certain tractor versions (BH600, BH600 PRO, BH700, BH700 PRO, BH820, BH820 PRO, BH920, and BH920 PRO), interference may occur during installation between the PTO pump and the tractor, preventing full engagement with the tractor’s PTO shaft (see left figure below).
When purchasing the above models, please pay close attention to the following:

1. Ensure there is sufficient clearance around your tractor’s PTO shaft (as shown in the right figure below, with a dimension of 7-3/4").

2. Please refer to the following dimensional specifications of the PTO pump to verify compatibility with the PTO shaft area on the rear of your tractor.

3. The PTO pump cannot be installed if any components are located within the shaded area of the pulley pump (dimensions: 160×224 mm / 6.3×8.8 inches) when mounting to the tractor’s PTO shaft area.
If insufficient clearance exists due to the above conditions, a PTO driveline extender will be required.(see above right picture)
