The HSG24 PTO-Driven Hydraulic Control Stump Grinder is a professional equipment specially designed for efficient handling of various stumps. With core design focused on comfortable, safe operation and high adaptability, it is equipped with a full hydraulic control system, compatible with CAT.1/II category hitches, and also fits the QUICK HITCH of ASABE AD11001. It delivers excellent performance on farms, woodlands and other sites requiring stump removal, capable of handling stumps of different hardness and sizes, effectively eliminating obstacles to land use caused by residual stumps and facilitating subsequent land development and utilization.

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic flow control valve, allowing free adjustment of cylinder movement speed according to the host machine condition and different users' operating habits; its operation logic aligns with user habits, enabling cutting depth adjustment simply via the hydraulic control lever in the tractor cab. For tractors with only one set of hydraulic output interfaces, the HSG24 PRO is an option—it comes with a control valve to ensure compatibility with this type of host machine.

Flexible Hydraulic Control

Equipped with two hydraulic cylinders to position the milling head (up/down and left/right). Operators can easily control it from the tractor cab—this convenient operation not only improves work efficiency but also reduces labor intensity, allowing operators to focus more on stump grinding.

Durable Tooth Design

The 24-inch milling wheel is fitted with 56 cemented carbide teeth made of YG10C material, which stay sharp under heavy working conditions. Each tooth can be installed on both sides and supports swing grinding back and forth, greatly improving work efficiency and ensuring fast, effective handling of various stumps.

Excellent Cutting Depth

Features an above-ground cutting depth of 18 inches and an underground cutting depth of 12 inches. This strong cutting capability enables it to grind hard roots and stumps of different sizes, completely removing stumps and their root systems to prevent tree regrowth.

Stable Operating Performance

Adopts a bite-type, stable support foot design. It ensures the platform’s safety and stability during grinding, effectively reducing tractor vibration and wear, providing guarantee for the equipment’s long-term stable operation, and improving operator safety.
