Only gripe: the manual’s photos are tiny, so lining up the three-point pins took some trial and error. Customer service overnighted clearer PDFs when I asked. Two weeks in, fuel use looks low and I’d buy it again.

Budget was tight, so the LFS45’s bang-for-buck mattered. Freight hit Iowa sooner than quoted and the lift-gate service saved me wrestling the pallet. Blades spin smooth, vibration stays low once the rotor balanced out. Noticed a light gearbox seep after the first hour, but snugging the sight-glass bolts fixed it and Farmry even included extra oil. Parts desk pre-scheduled a spare seal just in case—nice follow-through. For small-acreage folks who want tidy grass and brush, this unit pulls its weight.

I like that this mower doesn’t clog easily even in damp conditions. We had a few mornings with wet grass and it powered through better than I expected. You do need to keep an eye on the rear roller buildup though. It’s light enough that I can hook and unhook it solo.

I’ve used larger mowers before, but this 45" model surprised me with how nimble it is. It gets around posts and trees easily and doesn’t leave uncut strips. Belt access is decent when it comes time for a check. Not fancy, but reliable. Pretty happy for the price.
