Powerful Performance

Equipped with a 13.5HP gasoline engine featuring 12V battery electric start, it delivers ample power, torque, and output—easily chipping various wood materials at a capacity of 6-10 m³/h (211.9-353.2 ft³/h) to meet high-efficiency operation needs.

Efficient Operation

The drive system consists of the engine, belts, pulleys, centrifugal clutch, and drive shaft. The centrifugal clutch provides reliable overload protection for core components like the engine, enabling smooth startup, preventing overload damage, and ensuring long-term stable operation with a simple structure and low maintenance costs.

Tool-Free Open/Close Design

The feed hopper, cutter disc cover, and pulley cover adopt a hinged quick-open structure. Daily maintenance (e.g., blade replacement, internal cleaning) can be performed by opening these components without tools, significantly saving maintenance time and labor.

Flexible Transportation

Fitted with two large-sized wear-resistant tires and a tow bar, it supports manual handling or tow transport—adapting flexibly to different operating scenarios for convenient on-site tasks. Its compact structure further enhances transport portability.

Safety Guarantee

An emergency stop switch at the feed hopper enables instant shutdown to quickly respond to emergencies and prevent operator injury. The discharge hopper cover (1590mm/63 inches high) effectively prevents wood chip splashing, providing dual safety guarantees for operations.

Human-Centered Feeding Design

Feeding Module: The inclined feed hopper uses gravity feeding for simple, stable performance. Its large inlet (410mm×576mm/16"×23") accommodates wood of various sizes.

Human-Centered Discharging Design

Discharging Module: The discharge hopper rotates in four directions (0°/90°/180°/270°). No complex operations are needed to adjust the discharge direction, simplifying wood chip collection and stacking while improving discharge efficiency and usability.

Debris Containment

Inside the infeed chute, we have installed clear curtains. These curtains are designed to control both dust and debris, ensuring they move in the correct direction down the infeed chute.

Flexible tire-axle distance adjustment

The tire axle supports adjustable spacing to accommodate your transportation and storage needs.

At the minimum spacing setting, the axle distance is 38 inches (970mm), which allows for flexible movement in tight spaces and around yards, and is also ideal for easy storage. The axle can also be widened to 42 inches (1070mm) or 46 inches (1170mm)—this enhances stability during hauling and provides additional support and balance for the rear of the vehicle.

Reversible Blades

Each blade can be reversed for use to maximize the use of its double-sided cutting edges.
