The SG24 Stump Grinder is engineered to pair perfectly with tractors rated between 15 to 45 HP. It’s compatible with Category I 3-point hitches and also fits ASABE quick hitches, making it easy and efficient to operate.
Equipped with a heavy-duty 24-inch solid steel grinding wheel and 34 tungsten carbide teeth, when the stump grinder works, the great tool makes stumps removal quick and effortless. Its rugged, well-designed structure allows you to grind stumps up to 6 inches below ground level, effectively removing roots and preparing the area for landscaping or reseeding.
The SG24 comes standard with a 1-3/8", 6-spline PTO shaft with a built-in slip clutch to help protect your equipment from overload damage. It’s designed to run at 540 RPM pto cutting wheel speed and performs best when used with tractors that have an independent PTO driven system, allowing you to control the tractor’s ground speed separately from the grinder’s RPM for more precise operation.
A built-in chainsaw holder on top of the unit provides added convenience, making it easy to carry your chainsaw for additional trimming or cutting on the job.
