Farmry Refund Policy

At Farmry, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you wish to initiate a refund, please follow the steps below.

Initiating a Return

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: Provide photos of any damaged or defective items to assist with your return.

Return Process

  • Approval Required: Returns must be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Packaging: Return items must be in original packaging with all accessories.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damage due to neglect or misuse.
  • Damage from natural disasters or improper environments.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., belts, blades).

Returnable Items

We accept returns for defective items or items that arrive broken, under normal use conditions.

Return Charges

  • Faulty Products: If the return is due to our error or product quality issues, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you return an item for reasons such as disliking it or ordering the wrong size, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment may incur a 6% processing fee.
  • After Shipment: Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.

Return Scenarios

  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged, we offer a repair or replacement at no extra charge.
  • Incorrect Quantity: If you receive the wrong quantity, we will ship the missing items at no cost.
  • Missing Parts: If parts are missing from your shipment, we will send them at no extra charge.
  • Defective Products: Contact us for a replacement or refund if your product is defective and cannot be repaired.

Refund Verification and Processing
