Shipping Information

Once an order has been placed either online or via phone we begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment.

Within 48 hours of your order you will receive a confirmation call from one of our team members or your salesperson, to finalize shipment details before it leaves to ensure a successful delivery.

Once the order has shipped out you will receive a text message and an email with the carrier and the tracking number for your order.

Our delivery window is 10 -15 days after your order has shipped out from our warehouse. (Shipping congestion can cause delivery delays.)
